I have three loves - math, music, and mimolette. 

Math for its complexity and clarity, for how seemingly unrelated things can all stem from the same underlying. 

Music, for its inexplicable appeal to all ages and backgrounds, for how every methodical and mathematical note and rhythm morphs into a customized dream for each pair of ears. 

Mimolette, for it is delicious.
